FxLeakage provides estimates of cross-border payment fees and exchange-rate markups for informational purposes only. Results are based on published platform pricing and live mid-market reference rates which may change at any time.

The Service does not constitute financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for details. Always verify against your own statements and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering or automated abuse beyond reasonable use.
• No interference with the security or integrity of the Service.
• No use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, copy and brand, is owned by FxLeakage and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal and internal business purposes.

The Service may link to third parties (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Wise). We are not responsible for their content, fees, or practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FXLEAKAGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FxLeakage from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FxLeakage operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
