California Privacy Notice (CCPA / CPRA)

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

- Geolocation — approximate (country-level) from IP.
- Commercial information — paid plan purchases (if any).

Directly from you, automatically from your device, and from service providers (analytics, hosting, ad networks).
3. Business purposes
Operating the Service, security, analytics, communications, advertising and legal compliance.
4. Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not "sell" personal information for money. We may "share" limited identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out below.

6. How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@fxleakage.app with subject "California Privacy Request". Authorised agents may submit requests with written authorisation. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or required by law.
